The
Tuscany Country House Villa Il Borraccio is located halfway between
Siena and Florence close to Barberino Val d'Elsa, a very old village
with medieval walls. |
Villa
Il Borraccio is beautiful villa carefully restored and divided
into three apartments, located in the Chianti area. This is one
of the most typical and famous region of Tuscany. Amoung its hills,
rich in vineyards and olive trees, some of the most important
wines of Tuscany are produced. |

one of the apartments live the owner’s family, the other
apartments have their own independent entrance and each one has
its own private outside space with chairs and table to have lunch
and dinner outdoor with a wonderful view on the Florentine hills.
The third apartment is in the dependence of the villa.
A big and panoramic pool is at client’s disposal, from here
it is possible to enjoy a breathtaking view on San Gimignano.

it is possible to have baby beds, to use the barbecue in the garden
and to use a washing machine (price each washing € 3).
