A beautiful villa carefully restored and divided into three apartments, located in the Chianti area, between Siena and Florence. This is one of the most typical and famous region of Tuscany. Amoung its hills, rich in vineyards and olive trees, some of the most important wines of Tuscany are produced.
In one of the apartments live the owner's family, the other apartments have their own independent entrance and each one has its own private outside space with chairs and table to have lunch and dinner outdoor with a wonderful view on the Florentine hills. The third apartment is in the dependence of the villa.
A big and panoramic pool is at client's disposal, from here it is possible to enjoy a breathtaking view on San Gimignano.
Here it is possible to have baby beds, to use the barbecue in the garden and to use a washing machine (price each washing € 2,50).
All apartments have satellite TV, and each one enjoy beautiful views.
Gabry 1 (6 to 8 pax)
The biggest apartment, 160 m2. At ground floor there is a big and brighty living room with sofa bed and access on a private terrace, big and well equipped kitchen, 1 twin bedroom, 1 big bathroom with shower. At 1st floor there is 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtube and 1 double bedroom with an added single bed.
Gabry 2 (2 to 3 pax)
Dependence of the villa, 45 m2 all at ground floor. Living room with sofa bed and access on a private terrace, kitchen and dining room, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.
Gabry 3 (4 to 5 pax)
Apartment of 80 m2 all at ground floor. Living/Dining room with sofa bed, kitchen corner and access on a private outside space. Two double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower.
